Hi there! Thanks for all your recent edits. You've been adding some great stuff!
Just a heads-up, I'm gonna remove the "Lore" category from the individual datapoints that you added. It's not that the category isn't applicable, it's just that all of the datapoints are lore so adding the category to only some of them doesn't make sense. And instead of adding it to all of the pages, we've put the "Datapoints" category inside the "Lore" category already. Hope that makes sense!
Hey, just curious- where did all of that info on the Thrasher page come from? Looking through the datapoints, I only see a handful of mentions of thrashers, none of which contain many details. Generally, articles should only contain information that can be confirmed as canon.
Sorry, didn't get around yet to putting in refs. Among the datapoints & other sources I directly and indirectly gleaned info from was Mexico, Denver Stadium, $$$ With MechBooker!, and All The Same. As you pointed out, the various sources are unfortunately light on technical details, so I had to infer a bit on their general capabilities and likely configurations based on what they were usually procured for, along with what relatively little detail is given in the eyewitness accounts about how they typically fought in a corp war or gladiatorial contest.
That was easy though when compared to tying to figure out who might have first built them and when. We know they were relatively new but in widespread use by 2040, and that FAS wasn't the first company to build and sell them. This meant that it was probably one of the two companies that dominated the robotics market during the 2030s, General Synthetics and RECorp, as mentioned in the History: FAS datapoint.
